Mission Tours

With the permission of the Church, the Patronato San Xavier is pleased to offer visitors free docent-led tours of the Mission San Xavier several times a day, Monday through Saturday. Our docents are community volunteers trained in the history, architecture, and culture of the Mission and its surroundings, as well as the interior and exterior conservation and preservation work of the Patronato. Each tour is approximately 30 minutes, begins at the museum entrance, and requires no advance registration.

Docent Tour Schedule

Tours are offered Monday through Saturday, however tour times vary by season, and may vary by day of week. As we work to rebuild our Docent program following Covid, there may be times when no Docent is available and tours cannot be offered.
