PURCHASED ITEMS

Will be processed for shipping twice weekly from Patronato’s Tucson office.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping and handling charges provide for the processing, packing, and delivery of the products you purchase.

Domestic Shipping and Handling Only

Most items are shipped from Patronato’s Tucson office by USPS Priority Mail.  Tracking is included. Please allow 5-12 business days for delivery. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

RETURNS

You may return your merchandise within 30 days for a refund.  Items must be in new, unused condition, and accompanied by the original receipt.  Jewelry, books, mark-downs and special orders are final sale, and cannot be returned.

BACK ORDERS 

If a product is not immediately available, we may need to postpone shipping until it is back in stock.  In the event of a delay, we will notify you immediately by telephone or e-mail.
